When I decided to sell my house my daughter suggested the realtor she used who was Craig Cunha. We met Craig when he was finding my daughter her home. She was very happy with all he did for her so I decided to use him too.

Working with Craig was the best real estate experience we have ever had and we have had a few. We felt like he was custom made to fit our needs, In reality, I think he is good at recognizing the customer type and he changes his approach based on you. We are web shoppers and his portal is the best I have ever seen. My wife and I have been looking for 5 years. The market in SW Florida is tough. In 2014 we had the privilege of working with Craig. We chose him as our real estate agent and never thought twice about our decision. He was helpful and efficient. Craig took a sincere interest in our needs and desires to relocate to SW Florida. He began sending us internet selections of homes within our desired location and price range. He spent time following up with emails and telephone calls until a group of homes were gathered for us to see. His personality made us as shoppers feel very comfortable and confident that we had found an agent that was not only interested in finding us a home but wanting to make us happy with our selection. 

Craig was always there for us. Lord knows we probably made a pain of ourselves with the number of telephone calls placed to him. He was always patient and receptive to our concerns. But, most of all he was both professional and respectful to our needs and concerns.

I came to Florida with a list of houses but could not find a realtor to take me out to view houses. I had spent months on line and knew what was on the market. After being tossed from one realtor to another and three days wasted I went online and filled out a form to get a realtor. Within fifteen minutes Craig called me. He had other clients in line but knew I was in a time crunch. Instead of pushing others to the side he pushed back the time of his departure of his weekend get away so I could look at houses. We found a house in about three hours. Unfortunately this house was such a great deal it became a bidding war and I had to walk away five days later. I was in a time crunch as I had to get back to Illinois. Now down to a few days left and no house under contract we needed to start all over again. Craig rearranged his schedule again and took me out and we found the perfect home for me. He was very knowledgeable about all sorts of pitfalls and held my hand along the way. he warned me about Chinese drywall and showed me how to recognize some of the signs of this type of drywall. He told me the approximate cost of repairs to the foreclosures and short sales I was looking at as we were going through. He even looked up to see if permits were obtained on obvious additions to houses. Overall he saved me a lot of money. He was concerned for my welfare as a single woman which I so appreciate. He is the best realtor to have, one who is worried about the client and the house being the perfect fit. So here is all you need to know Call Craig he is a great guy who is dedicated to you the person who is ready to sell or buy a house. He will answer all your questions and he will take care of you not for the money but because he truly cares about his clients. If I ever do move (which I doubt because I love my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a pool) he will be the man I call and I have been telling my friends about.

I am from Pennsylvania and I made two previous trips to Cape Coral in search of a winter home using a different Century 21 agency. My experience with the agent was not satisfactory. I found Craig Cunha from a home listing I was interested in. Craig responded immediately, listened to my requirements and promised to devote his time to finding me my perfect home. Craig set me up on your web site with homes that matched my requirements. Being from PA, I wanted to select as many homes to view as possible in the shortest possible time. Craig made a suggestion to limit my search to homes larger than 1400 sf, since I would be here 6 months out of the year. That narrowed my list down to 23 homes.
